Frantic Stamper Design Team

Guess who's the newest member of the Frantic Stamper, Inc design team?? It's me. I was recently introduced to the products and they have a huge selection. If you haven't already you can visit the store by clicking here. I created the card below with some of the products. The dies in particular are "to die for." Excuse the pun. I love dies but the Frantic Stamper "Precision" dies are superior to anything I've used in the past, and I've used many. Not only are they made in the USA, they give a beautiful cut each and every time.

I created this card using Fra-Die 09002 (Bonjour) Fra-Clg, (Small Dressform), Fra-Clg 8306 (Enough of Paris), and Fra-Clg (Drinking Lady). The remaining images were cut with the Cricut "Vacation in Paris" cartridge. The design paper is from Paper Studios. The image was cut colored with Copic Markers and highlights were added with a White Gelly Roll pen. I also used Sticklers, bling (pink and clear) foil paper. I think its a great card with lots of style. Be sure to visit the store and please "like" us on Facebook!

Feel the Love Corrosive Challenge #192

It's time for another Corrosive Challenge. I hope you enjoyed our "All Work, No Play" challenge a fortnight ago. Be sure to check the blog later in the week to see if you are a winner.
For this fortnight challenge
"Feel the Love"
we are sponsored by

The challenge is to create a Valentines project for a chance to win 4 fabulous digital images.
Be sure to stop by the Corrosive Challenge blog for more inspiration from the design team and to enter your own creation!

I designed my card around this awesome sentiment from Create with TLC. I used a Fiskars small oval punch to cut out the sentiment. The image is Sassy Studio Designs Police Officer Honey. After starting with a Kraft cardstock base, I colored the image with Copic Markers. I highlighted the image with Stickles, minature bling, a glitter pen and a white Gelly Roll pen. I distressed the edges of the design papers. It was then cut out with Spellbinder Nestabilities "Labels 8" to mimic the shape of the badge on her cap. Next I added the embossing with a Cuddlebug embossing folder because it put me in the mind of law enforcement. The design paper is from my stash and the "Caution" tape and "Serve and Protect" are from a sticker set I found in my stash. Finally I added the bling and a bit of Tim Holtz Distress Ink. I stole the "curled corner" from a previous card by one of my design teammates (Rebecca).
